The following terms and conditions apply if you are joining one of our regularly scheduled trips listed in our catalog or on our website*.

Deposit:
A deposit of $300 per person, per tour is required to confirm a reservation. This may be paid with a Visa, MasterCard, or money transfer/swift.

Confirmation Package
As soon as we receive your reservation and deposit, we will send you detailed information on what to bring, how to prepare for your trip, travel directions, detailed itinerary, trip cancellation insurance application, pre- and post-tour hotel information.

Balance Payments
The balance of the trip price is due 60 days prior to departure, payable by check or credit card. If you pay your deposit by credit card, we will assume that you would like your balance also paid by credit card and we will charge your card for the balance due 60 days prior to departure, unless you instruct us otherwise in writing. If the balance is not paid when due, Mexico Prime Tours reserves the right to regard the reservation as canceled.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you must cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit, less the following fees:

When you cancel a trip, we must ask you to notify us in writing. Exceptions to these policies cannot be made for any reason. We are also happy to assist you in transferring from one trip to another in the same calendar year up to 70 days prior to the trip date at no charge, after which our cancellation policy applies. If unforeseen circumstances require a change to the trip itinerary, Mexico Prime Tours will make every effort to select alternative hotels of the same standard and to keep modifications to a minimum. Mexico Prime Tours reserves the right to cancel a trip for any reason. In such an instance, we will refund all payments received, which will constitute full settlement.

Arrival and Departure
Each trip begins and ends in a town accessible by plane or bus. Meeting and ending locations are listed on each of the individual trip pages in the catalog, as well as in your pre-departure information. For some tours, it may be preferable to arrive at the starting point the night prior to the trip departure date. Please check our pre- & posttour hotel section

Insurance
Travel insurance is compulsory for all bookings. You must take your policy document with you on tour, as your tour leader will ask to see this at the start of the trip. Your documentation must state in writing that you are the named policyholder and that the cover is valid for your period of travel. Your policy document must also indicate that you have medical expenses and emergency repatriation cover and a 24-hour contact telephone number for your insurance Company must be shown on your documentation in case of emergency. If you are unable to provide all this information at the start of the trip, your tour leader will ask you to purchase en Mexico Prime Tours Travel Insurance Policy. If you have purchased Mexico Prime Tours you should carry the Master Certificate leaflet with you, which outlines the conditions of the policy together with a copy of your Confirmation Invoice, which is your proof of purchase of insurance.

Trip Price Includes

* Scheduled admission fees to historic sites
* Gratuities for hotels, meals and baggage
* Experienced guides
* Support vehicles
* All transportation during the trip, whether by bus, boat, train, plane, cable car or funicular (unless otherwise noted)

Trip Price Does Not Include
* Air and land transportation to and from the trip
* Beverages
* Personal Expenses
* Non-scheduled visits and activities

Responsibility & Release
You are responsible for choosing a trip that fits your abilities, level of fitness and health. You are also responsible for reading the pre-trip information material and bringing with you all of the appropriate clothing and equipment, as well as acting in accordance with the customs and laws of the regions visited.

01. México Prime Tours acts as an agent for hotels, transporters and airlines and bears no responsibility as a principal.

02. México Prime Tours bears no liability towards any illness, loss and damage of life and/or property, death due to accident, illness or injury or negligence of traveler, any loss resulting out of any act of nature like flood, fire, earthquake etc.

03. México Prime Tours site imparts information as received by it’s suppliers as hotels, car rental companies, airlines, guides and its information is also culled from data made available to it from contributors. It makes all effort to ensure the authenticity of the information contained in the site but does not take responsibility of any unintentional errors in facts available on the site.

04. The rates mentioned in the site, contained in the database and offered to the end user or agents are contracted by it with the suppliers as hotels, car rental companies, airlines, guides etc. The suppliers have the right to withdraw, amend, make unavailable such rates to México Prime Tours without notice. Though México Prime Tours will endeavor to honor all such rates made available on/through the site, any changes in its contract with its above mentioned suppliers will be liable to effect the rates offered through the site and it may withdraw such offers made to users under these circumstances.

05. México Prime Tours will reserve the right to make changes in the program offered if in consonance with any changes with its contract with its suppliers as hotels, car rental companies, guides and airlines. It may also make such changes in case of circumstances beyond its control like change in flight timings, change in days of operation of flights, delays and cancellations of flights or ANY OTHER MODE OF transport, including any mechanical damage, failure of modes of transport used.

06. México Prime Tours reserves the right to make changes in hotels offered or booked by clients without prior notice in case of any changes made by hoteliers in their contract of services or rate contract to safeguard any loss. It will in such cases, offer alternative hotels of its own choice in similar category.

07. México Prime Tours reserves the right to refuse to work with any clients that they do not wish to and reserves the right to cancel arrangements already made by clients, without notice in case of dispute regarding any arrangements made by it. Any charges collected will be refunded to clients after adjusting expenses of services already availed.

08. Any refund made by México Prime Tours will be based on rates contracted by it with its suppliers like hotels, car rental companies, guides and airlines. Such contracted rates are confidential in nature any clients will waive of any right to see them to confirm amounts of refund made. All rates appearing on its site under "Hotels Only" are NOT confidentially contracted rates and NO REFUNDS will be made on the basis of these rates unless these prices are specifically paid and contracted for with clients in writing.

09. All check in and check out timings at hotels is 12 noon and any extension will be entertained only after mutual discussion and consent.

10. México Prime Tours has taken into consideration all presently applicable taxes for hotels, transport - including land vehicles and air passage. In case of any hike in present taxes or new taxes being introduced, the same will be payable by the client availing of the services. The taxes included are as of 6th of october, 2005.

11. The package rates offered on the site does NOT include any entrance fee at places of visit though the tour package covers the main tourist places of interest in each city. These entrance fee are payable by the clients traveling directly at the monument or to the monument through the guides made available to them.

12. The city tour packages last for three to four hours in a Half day tour and six to 7 hours in a Full Day tour inclusive of an hour lunch break. Day return excursions can last anywhere between 10 to 12 hours depending traffic. Any reduction in tour timing by the clients will not be liable for any compensation. However, any minor increase in the above timing up to 60 minutes will also NOT draw any extra charges.

13. Full and final payment will HAVE to be made before arrival at first port of call, before receiving all relevant documents and receiving the keys of the room for the first night of their hotel stay. NO exceptions will be made to this.

14. All disputes are subject to Mexican (Mexico) jurisdiction only.

15. México Prime Tours shall not be responsible for delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to international or domestic flight delays or cancellations, strike, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems political closures or disputes.

16. The booking of any trip is accepted on the understanding that the customer realizes the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in holidays of this kind. México Prime Tours along with its affiliates and anyone else working in association with México Prime Tours cannot be held responsible for any death, accident or mishap that may occur in connection with any part of, or services connected with the holiday.

17. Once a package is availed and paid for or paid for and availed, there would be no refunds if any part of the package is not availed unless otherwise agreed upon by México Prime Tours.

18. Before the customer embarks on the holiday, he/she must be covered by insurance, which must include the cost of helicopter rescue, medical treatment and repatriation if necessary.

19. México Prime Tours would not be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising out of any mishap, sickness, accident etc.
